Job Description

• As underwriter Brand KMO you will be responsible, together with your fellow underwriters, for the correct and timely preparation of quotations, policies, inserts and related documents.
• You will contribute to the further development of the portfolio and help underwrite new business underwriting.
• You will perform analyses tailored to the underwriting rules and objectively identify the risks.
• You will help build a quality cooperation and relationship of trust with our brokers.

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor degree (preferably in insurance or business management) or relevant experience with a broker or insurer.
• A first experience in the insurance sector is an asset.
• You are customer-oriented and commercially minded and have good communication skills which you complement with analytical and digital skills.
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch  and have a good knowledge of French and English.
• You are willing to learn and evolve in your role within the company.
• You can work independently as well as in a team.
• You can negotiate and make decisions independently.
• You are driven, proactive and like to take initiative.
