Claims Handler Property (junior)

As a claims handler, you maintain telephone contact with our brokers and proactively manage your claims files in a customer-oriented manner. You are the first point of contact for brokers’ questions regarding fire damage claims.

✔️ Degree in insurance – You hold a bachelor’s degree in insurance. Experience in claims management is a plus.

✔️ Strong communication skills – You easily connect with people and communicate in a friendly, effective, and clear manner in both national languages.

✔️ Customer-oriented – Active listening comes naturally to you: you understand the needs of our brokers and can grasp their expectations, even between the lines.

✔️ Responsible & engaged – You like taking responsibility and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

✔️ Team player – As a true team player, you are excited to help develop our claims department by working closely with colleagues and continuously learning from one another.

✔️ Flexible & proactive – You appreciate a flexible schedule and actively contribute to our telephone accessibility when needed.

✔️ Language skills – Excellent Dutch skills (written and spoken) are a must. A good knowledge of French is a strong asset.
