🔹 Your Role:
✅ Foster a transparent and ethical business culture
✅ Develop and implement compliance strategies within the Board’s risk appetite
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with Belgian regulators (NBB and FSMA)
✅ Provide expert advice on regulatory requirements and risk management
✅ Ensure compliance adherence and regulatory reporting
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the three lines of defense framework
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong team player
✔ Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
✔ Excellent people management and communication skills
✔ Experience in regulatory risk, compliance frameworks, and commercial business needs
