Claims Customer Relationship Manager Benelux

 

To further strengthen our focus on client service and our relationships with insured clients and brokers, we are expanding our team with a Claim Customer Relationship Manager (CCRM) for the Benelux.

This is a unique opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with both multinational and national insureds and brokers, directly from within the Claims team. You will work closely with colleagues in Underwriting and Business Development to ensure we deliver on our service promise.

Our claims service proposition and the trust we build with clients are key contributors to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and our commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for insureds and brokers regarding claims handling, service coordination, and issue resolution.

Analyze and report on claims data for individual clients.

Organize client-facing claims sessions with insureds and brokers, including evaluations and training initiatives.

Gather feedback on claims service and initiate targeted improvements.

Set up and monitor procedures to guide multinational claims handling.

Support the development and implementation of the claims service strategy.

Monitor the quality of claims service delivery across the region.

Develop and manage promotional materials highlighting the claims proposition.

Local and International Scope

You will be part of the Benelux Claims team as well as the European CCRM team, working alongside peers in Germany, France, and the UK. The role involves regular travel within the Benelux and occasional travel across Europe.

Your Profile – Relationship Builder with a Service Mindset

We are looking for a collaborative professional with experience in the insurance sector—whether at an insurer, broker, risk manager, or in a similar role. You combine strong interpersonal skills with a passion for client service.

Experience in claims handling and stakeholder coordination is a strong asset. You are comfortable working in an international context and skilled at building bridges between internal teams and external partners.

Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
