Insurance Advisor

Responsibilities

Are you a highly analytical insurance expert with experience across multiple lines? In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and managing an integrated insurance policy aligned with the company’s ambitions. Your responsibilities include:

• Acting as the internal and external point of contact for all insurance-related matters
• Managing risks and leading annual negotiations with brokers and insurers
• Integrating new entities into the insurance portfolio during acquisitions
• Conducting regular site visits across Belgium to assess risks
• Leading projects to create a harmonized insurance policy and performing gap analyses

Your profile

• Strong knowledge of all Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance lines
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Pragmatic, independent, and detail-oriented
• Strong negotiation skills and market insight
• Experience with insurance aspects of M&A is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French and English
