Bilingual Administrative Assistant (NL/FR)
Responsibilities
As the administrative cornerstone of the team, you contribute to the smooth and professional running of the office. You ensure all administrative processes flow seamlessly and provide broad support to your colleagues. Specifically, this means:
- Processing and following up on files and documents
- Providing administrative support for managing pension plans
- Maintaining contact with clients and partners (written and verbal)
- Filing, data management, and archiving
- Supporting reporting tasks and meeting preparation
- As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibilities within the management process.
Your profile
- You are perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French
- You are accurate, discreet, and reliable
- You are eager to learn and willing to immerse yourself in an interesting sector
- Administrative experience is a plus but not required – motivation and eagerness to learn are key
