Responsibilities
As a Regional Commercial Manager, you are the face and driving force of commercial growth in your region. You:
- Develop and implement impactful strategic plans
- Actively build sustainable relationships with business clients
- Take the lead in acquisition, growth, and client management
- Inspire and lead your teams towards shared success
- Act as a sparring partner for management, contributing at a strategic level
- Work autonomously and entrepreneurially – with plenty of room for your vision
Profile
You’re a natural entrepreneur with experience in the insurance sector and a strong professional network. You:
- Have preferably experience in brokerage
- And a proven track record in commercial growth and regional management
- Lead with enthusiasm and empathy
- Think customer-first, without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Make well-considered decisions and are results-driven
