Responsibilities

As a Regional Commercial Manager, you are the face and driving force of commercial growth in your region. You:

  • Develop and implement impactful strategic plans
  • Actively build sustainable relationships with business clients
  • Take the lead in acquisition, growth, and client management
  • Inspire and lead your teams towards shared success
  • Act as a sparring partner for management, contributing at a strategic level

Profile

You’re a natural entrepreneur with experience in the insurance sector and a strong professional network. You:

  • Have preferably experience in brokerage
  • And a proven track record in commercial growth and regional management
  • Lead with enthusiasm and empathy
  • Think customer-first, without losing sight of the bigger picture
