Claims Handler – Fleet

Responsibilities

As a Claims Handler, you will take full ownership of insurance claims from start to finish. You will investigate each case, determine liability, and ensure a professional and client-focused resolution. You serve as the key contact for all stakeholders and monitor the progress of each file closely.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing claims files from A to Z
  • Analysing the cause, context, and liability of claims
  • Reviewing policy coverages and estimating compensation
  • Opening new claims and setting appropriate reserves
  • Informing clients and handling complaints according to internal procedures
  • Ensuring claims are processed within agreed deadlines

Profile

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance or have relevant experience in the insurance sector. You are precise, customer-oriented, and eager to keep learning.

You bring the following strengths:

  • Strong planning, follow-up and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Team spirit with a sense of responsibility
  • Resilience under pressure and solution-oriented thinking
