About the Role
As a Senior Claims Handler Accident & Health, you are responsible for managing personal injury claims. You’ll be the key point of contact for policyholders, brokers, and legal representatives, ensuring a smooth and professional claims journey. Our clients are large corporates and multinationals, and you’ll be the linchpin who brings all parties together. Ready for your next challenge?

Your Responsibilities

• Handle and settle claims within the A&H domain (e.g. accident, SVI, Wegas)
• Assess coverage, manage communication, and engage external experts when needed
• Oversee the entire claims process from first notice to final settlement
• Provide advice on claims reserves and contribute to improvements in policy terms
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, participate in peer reviews, and keep your expertise sharp

Your Profile
You bring around a few years of experience in handling personal injury claims, either at an insurer, broker, or TPA.
You are eager to grow, highly professional, and value integrity.
Your communication skills are excellent in both writing and speaking in Dutch and English.
You work decisively, efficiently, and with a strong customer mindset.
