Business Analyst / Underwriting Operations (Corporate P&C)

We are looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst who will strengthen underwriting performance with the right insights and elevate operational efficiency. In this role, you act as the connector between underwriting, data, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze underwriting performance and provide data-driven advice on risk, pricing, and portfolio optimization.
• Monitor workloads, process flows, and efficiency while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and manage dashboards that provide real-time visibility on activity, capacity, and turnaround times.
• Collaborate closely with teams in underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, and IT to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — professional certifications are a plus.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within commercial P&C insurance.
• Solid knowledge of underwriting & claims processes and proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Hands-on mindset, strong communication skills, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
