To further support our growth in the Netherlands, we are looking for a driven Recruiter Specialist who gets energy from finding, attracting and connecting talent, as well as from actively developing new client relationships.

Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are the driving force behind identifying and guiding top talent within the insurance industry and exploring the right opportunities. You know where and how to find candidates, build strong networks, and support them in their career journeys. You also play an active role in approaching employers and contribute to expanding our client portfolio. In short: you are a true matchmaker and an ambassador of Wathion & Partners.

Your Responsibilities

🔍 Search & sourcing: proactively identifying and approaching candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and networks.
🚀 Business development: actively spotting new opportunities with employers, mapping their needs, and presenting Wathion & Partners as a strategic partner.
📞 Candidate interviews: conducting phone and online interviews to understand motivation, experience, and ambitions.
🤝 Relationship management: maintaining and expanding strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
🎓 Campus recruitment: connecting with colleges and universities to identify and guide young talent.
📢 Vacancy marketing: writing and sharing attractive job postings via the right channels to reach the right audience.
📈 Strategic input: contributing to recruitment strategy development and ensuring the best possible match between candidates and clients.

Your Profile

✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, psychology, communications or equivalent, or relevant experience.
✔️ Knowledge of the insurance sector.
✔️ First experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is a strong plus.
✔️ Strong sourcing skills: curious, creative and analytical in finding the right people.
✔️ Strong communication skills: able to convince candidates and professionally advise clients.
✔️ Commercial mindset: you see opportunities in the market and know how to build lasting partnerships.
✔️ Driven and result-oriented: you get energy from both making the right matches and developing new client relationships.
