Legal Assistance Policy Administrator

Responsibilities

• You act as the main point of contact for a group of regional brokers: you build trust, provide advice, and offer support by phone and email.
• You independently analyse client risks and propose tailored insurance solutions, in line with applicable tariffs and acceptance criteria.
• You work closely with the Sales team and your colleagues in the production department to handle cases efficiently and share best practices.
• You create added value through advice and support (beyond purely administrative tasks) and ensure accurate follow-up of files.
• You identify commercial opportunities and support brokers in convincing clients of the value of our products.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Insurance, Legal Practice or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of French (spoken and written).
• You meet the theoretical knowledge and practical experience requirements of PCP, or are willing to complete training.
• Customer-oriented: you put client needs first, listen actively, and turn conversations into effective solutions.
• Commercial and persuasive: you spot opportunities, communicate clearly, and build lasting relationships.
• Accurate and independent: you handle cases efficiently while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
