✨ Your role
As an Account Manager Employee Benefits, you manage and grow a portfolio of large and mid-sized national and international clients. You advise companies on building an attractive and sustainable Employee Benefits policy and play a key role throughout the sales process: from prospecting to delivering tailor-made solutions.
📌 Your responsibilities
Manage and expand a client portfolio
Actively prospect and acquire new clients
Analyze and assess client risks
Develop strategies, benchmarks, and technical solutions
Chair client meetings and negotiate with stakeholders
Advise on tax and pension legislation changes
Cross- and upsell to existing clients
Identify market trends and proactively offer innovative solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to commercial initiatives
👤 Your profile
Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience
Min. 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits
Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
Experience in business development and long-term client management
Excellent communicator, results-driven, independent, and organized
Team player with ability to negotiate at C-level
Dutch speaker with good knowledge of French and English
Proficient in MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel)
