A small, client-focused insurance company with short communication lines and a warm working atmosphere is looking for a new colleague to replace our current policy administrator, who will soon retire.
What will you do?
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for managing insurance policies, the full premium process, and helping to maintain our administration and reporting with clarity and quality.
Specifically, your tasks will include:
Drafting and updating policy documents
Preparing insurance quotes and premium calculations
Communicating with clients and intermediaries (by email and phone)
Checking and processing administrative data and managing documentation
Verifying data for completeness and accuracy
Performing simple data analyses and KPI reporting
Supporting your manager in preparing periodic reports
Who are you?
You hold a bachelor’s degree in insurance or equivalent experience
You are bilingual in Dutch and French
You work accurately, structured, and have attention to detail
You are communicative and customer-oriented, both in writing and orally
You are proficient in Excel
You can work independently but are also a team player
You are willing to obtain the PCP certification (FSMA) if you do not yet have it (we provide time, support, and cover the costs for this training)
