Your Role
You support a specialised consultancy and an international insurance group with administrative and operational tasks. You ensure smooth client and file administration, support governance and regulatory processes, and help maintain an efficient and reliable operation.
Your Responsibilities
Consultancy (≈50%) – Administration and operational support of a diversified client portfolio:
Lead the day-to-day handling and follow-up of claims
Act as an interface with brokers and insurers regarding terms, conditions, and policy adjustments
Conduct market surveys, compare and evaluate offers, and support placement decisions
Manage core administrative workflows (contract updates, renewals, policy follow-up)
Adjust policy conditions in line with tender outcomes and client contracts
Prepare documentation and files for client service (certificates, premium checks, summaries)
Support data collection and administrative aspects of risk assessment and tender management
Ensure accurate and timely documentation for audits, taxation, and annual reporting processes
Insurance Entity (≈50%) – Regulatory access, governance, and local operational support for the EU platform:
Maintain and update governance registers and supporting documentation
Coordinate submissions and updates through regulatory portals (licensing, notifications, governance requests)
Manage digital access to official platforms and ensure operational continuity
Support Business Continuity Management processes and related documentation
Provide administrative support to underwriting and portfolio teams (Excel updates, portfolio tasks, claims follow-up)
Assist with regulatory compliance documentation and operational reporting
Contribute to standardising and structuring administrative processes across both organisations
Your Profile
You are structured, reliable, and comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment where you help build and improve processes
Experience: 2–7 years in insurance administration, claims handling, or portfolio servicing
Skills: coordinating with brokers and insurers, comparing offers, managing operational workflows
Knowledge: solid understanding of policy cycles, renewals, and contract adjustments
Education: bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Insurance, Law, Business Administration, or a similar field
Languages: fluent in Dutch, French, and English
