Your role
You are a key technical reference within our special risks team. You make decisions and provide support on complex cases. You contribute to the development, implementation, and updating of tools, methods, procedures, and products, as well as the training of underwriters, aiming to optimize acceptance quality.
Your responsibilities
Monitor and optimize the profitability of products and coverages, closely collaborating with Sales and Pricing
Analyze, accept, and manage complex risks with a focus on profitable portfolio growth
Actively contribute to the development and adjustment of acceptance policies
Follow market, competitor, and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable impact
Serve as the main point of contact for Sales, Pricing, Legal, and Product
Your profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in Special Risks
Fluent in Dutch
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Conceptual thinker, solution-oriented, and creative
Enjoys working independently as well as in a team
Good understanding of procedures and core activities in B2B
