Policy Administrator
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients and intermediaries, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of policies and premiums. Your tasks include:
- Policy Management: creating and updating policy documents, preparing quotes, responding to client inquiries.
- Premium Management: issuing individual, fractional, and collective premiums, monitoring payments and reminders.
- Broker Administration: setting up and paying commissions, monitoring portfolio transfers.
- Data & Reporting: checking administrative data, performing simple analyses, and supporting KPI reporting.

Your Profile
Are you analytical, structured, client-oriented, and detail-focused? Then this role is perfect for you:
- Bachelor in Insurance or equivalent experience
- Bilingual Dutch/French (written and spoken)
- Accurate, organized, and strong communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and other digital tools, eager to learn new systems
- Able to work independently but also a team player
- Willing to obtain PCP certification (FSMA), support provided
Additional skills (optional): experience with BI tools, Access, or Mergemail
