Experienced Actuary Employee Benefits
Your Responsibilities:
As an actuary specializing in pensions and employee benefits:
- Advise a broad portfolio of clients while developing deep expertise in the Belgian market.
- Conduct actuarial valuations under IFRS and US GAAP and coordinate international projects.
- Support the Audit practice with technical expertise and review IORP provisions under Belgian law.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Tax, Legal, Deals, and Accounting Advisory to provide integrated solutions (e.g., GAAP conversions).
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues.
- Contribute to strategic growth and expansion of service offerings.

Your Profile:
- Qualified actuary or master’s degree in mathematics or another quantitative discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in pensions and employee benefits.
- Strong expertise in actuarial valuations and consultancy.
- Clear communicator able to simplify complex technical matters.
- Critical thinker, client-oriented, and team player.
- Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
- Coaching experience is a plus.
- Commercial skills are an asset.
