Sales representative 

Your Responsibilities

Drive new business opportunities, leveraging warm leads within the network and actively developing your own client portfolio

Contribute to achieving commercial targets while ensuring high client satisfaction

Prepare and structure insurance offers, mainly in marine cargo, marine liability, and broader P&C lines

Collaborate closely with colleagues, the commercial back office, and insurance partners

Maintain your professional certifications (PCP) through continuous training

Build and expand a strong professional network

Continuously develop your expertise in logistics and marine insurance

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • Strong interest in insurance and/or logistics
  • First experience in insurance is a plus; solid logistics expertise is equally valuable
  • Strong communication skills with a client-centric mindset
  • Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build long-term professional relationships
  • Willing to travel regularly to Luxembourg
