We are looking for an experienced underwriting professional to join a high-performing Major Accounts team where technical expertise, commercial thinking, and relationship management come together.
In this role, you will manage and grow an existing portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with brokers and corporate clients.
This is a position where underwriting is not only about risk selection — but about driving profitable growth.

Managing and expanding a Financial Lines portfolio in the major accounts segment
Driving profitability through underwriting, pricing, and portfolio management
Building strong relationships with brokers and corporate clients
Identifying cross-sell and new business opportunities
Contributing to underwriting strategy, forecasting, and product development
Ensuring high-quality standards through peer reviews
You bring:
Solid experience in Financial Lines (PI / D&O essential)
Strong commercial mindset and client focus
Analytical underwriting capabilities
Experience in broker and client relationship management
High standards, discipline, and ambition
Fluent Dutch and English
